Blue Light & Forces Discount

• This discount is exclusively available to members of the UK Emergency Services, NHS, Armed Forces, and other qualifying Blue Light cardholders.
• Valid proof of employment or a valid Blue Light Card / Defence Discount Card must be provided at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to verify eligibility before the discount is applied or to cancel any orders where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
• The Blue Light & Forces discount applies only to tents sold on the Fortress Tents website. The discount does not apply to accessories, spare parts, delivery charges, or any other products unless specifically stated.
• Eligible customers must use the verified discount code provided through the appropriate Blue Light or Forces discount platform, or contact our team before ordering to confirm eligibility and receive your unique discount code.
• The discount is non-transferable and can only be used by the verified individual it is issued to. It cannot be shared, combined with other discount codes, promotions, or offers.
• Orders found to have been placed without valid eligibility may be cancelled or adjusted at our discretion.
• Fortress Tents reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Blue Light & Forces discount at any time without prior notice.

Vehicle Fitment & Installation Responsibility

Fortress Tents accepts no liability or responsibility for ensuring that any roof tent or related product is properly secured to your vehicle. It is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner and/or driver to ensure that the roof tent is correctly installed, securely fastened, and safe for use prior to travel.

While Fortress Tents may, at the customer’s request, provide guidance or assistance during installation, such assistance does not constitute acceptance of responsibility or liability for the security, fitment, or ongoing safety of the installation. The vehicle owner remains fully responsible for verifying that the roof tent and all mounting systems are correctly fitted and suitable for their specific vehicle.

Fortress Tents shall not be held liable for any damage, injury, loss, or claim arising from improper installation, insecure mounting, or failure to check the security of the roof tent prior to use.

Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
• Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
