Affiliate Program T&C’s
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Fortress Tents Affiliate. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.
1. Eligibility and Participation
1.1. Participation in the Fortress Tents Affiliate Program (“Program”) is open to individuals aged 18 or older. (16+ with guardians permission, payments will be sent to the guardian who must be 18+ )
1.2. By registering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
1.3. Fortress Tents reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Conduct
2.1. Affiliates must not promote or advertise any other roof tent or camping company while registered with the Fortress Tents Affiliate Program.
2.2. Affiliates must not speak negatively about Fortress Tents, its team, or brand in any public or private communication channels.
2.3. Affiliates must speak freely and honestly about the products they use, but must not make false or misleading claims.
2.4. Any breach of conduct outlined in this section may result in immediate termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of any unpaid earnings.
3. Affiliate Links & Commission
3.1. Each affiliate will receive a unique referral link to share with potential customers.
3.2. Customers referred via this link will have 5 days to make a purchase for the order to qualify for a commission. After this time, the referral link will expire.
3.3. Affiliates will earn their negotiated commission per confirmed roof tent order.
3.4. Commission applies only to roof tent purchases, not to accessories, merchandise, or other products.
3.5. Payments are processed every 30 days, subject to the payment cooldown period and verification of successful order completion.
4. Payments
4.1. Commission payments will be made via PayPal.
4.2. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment details are correct.
4.3. Fortress Tents reserves the right to withhold or delay payments if fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
4.4. Any remaining balance will be forfeited if the affiliate’s account is terminated for breach of these Terms.
5. Additional Paid Opportunities
5.1. Affiliates who wish to earn additional income through sponsored content, collaborations, or paid posts may contact Fortress Tents to discuss bespoke opportunities.
5.2. Any additional agreements will be subject to separate terms.
6. Termination
6.1. Fortress Tents reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s account at any time and without notice if any rule or term is violated.
6.2. Upon termination for breach, all unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
6.3. Affiliates may cancel their participation at any time by emailing “he***@***********ts.com“ with their name, affiliate ID, and a brief reason for leaving.
6.4. Termination is effective once confirmation is received from Fortress Tents.
7. Modifications
7.1. Fortress Tents reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
7.2. Affiliates will be notified of any significant updates. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Fortress Tents shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Program. Participation is at the affiliate’s own risk.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
