Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All returns are to be paid by the customer. Refunds will not cover any costs to return items.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless faulty or defective.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at he***@***********ts.com.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should contact us at he***@***********ts.com and we will provide further details from there.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Warranty 

This Fortress Tents Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) applies to physical goods purchased directly from Fortress Tents via our online store or from an authorized Fortress Tents reseller. This Warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.

1. What does it cover?

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise under normal, intended use of Fortress Tents products during the Warranty Period (see Section 3).

If you notify us of a defect within the Warranty Period, and our team verifies the issue, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the defective part or product at no charge for parts or labour. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished.

2. Who is covered?

This warranty is available only to the original purchaser of the product, provided it was purchased directly from Fortress Tents or one of our authorized resellers.

The warranty is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person (e.g., on resale).

Warranty claims must be submitted by the original purchaser.

3. How long does the coverage last?
  • Standard products: 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Products containing batteries: 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • Excluded: ex-demonstration, refurbished, or returned products, unless otherwise stated.

4. How to get warranty service

If you purchased directly from Fortress Tents:

  • Contact us at he***@***********ts.com with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue (images or videos may be required).

If purchased from an authorized reseller:

  • Please contact the reseller directly. They will guide you through the process and liaise with Fortress Tents as needed.

At our discretion, we may:

  1. Provide instructions for simple repairs.

  2. Send replacement parts.

  3. Offer an exchange.

  4. Authorize return of the product to Fortress Tents for service.

4.1 Replacement parts

Most issues can be resolved with field-replaceable parts. If required, we will ship these free of charge. If installation requires assistance, we may help cover reasonable costs agreed upon in advance.

4.2 Returns

If a return is necessary, Fortress Tents will cover shipping from addresses in countries we currently ship to. For other locations, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.

If no fault is found, the product will be returned at your expense.

5. What is not covered?

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Second-hand or resold products.

  • Consumable parts (e.g., batteries, fabric, protective coatings) that naturally wear out over time, unless defective.

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, rust, UV fading).

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper storage, or external causes (e.g., fire, earthquake).

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use contrary to Fortress Tents’ instructions.

  • Products with removed or altered branding.

  • Products used for commercial purposes (e.g., rental).
